CPX2408
Series: CompactPCI 8U Front, Rear I/O, Hot Swap
System
|
|
|
The
CPX2408 and CPX2408T are feature rich
8-slot CompactPCI® chassis with front
and rear I/O capabilities. These rugged
steel enclosures support front or rear
IEEE 1101.11 compliant CompactPCI I/O
cards and feature a front accessible fan
tray. System availability is improved with
the addition of an optional N+1 redundant
power supply. Three 5.25" and two
3.5" drive bays can be protected by a
hinged steel front panel. The CPX2408T
features an H.110 telephony backplane and
is well suited for mid-range applications
in the telephony enterprise market. The
CPX2408 is ideal for low-end to mid-range
applications in the datacom, telecom, and
industrial automation markets where a TDM
bus is not needed. Both enclosures feature
single or dual redundant 400W power
supplies and positive pressure forced air
cooling.

 |
Our
MXP application-enabling platform has been
designed to minimize development time for
many telecom and datacom infrastructure
network elements.
This
standards-based platform with its features
and options, enables equipment
manufacturers to bring their product to
market faster and with less risk than
developing it all from scratch.
The
MXP platform is a combination of the
following elements:

CPX8216
Series: High Availability CompactPCI Carrier-Grade
System
|
|
|
The
CPX8000 family of CompactPCI® systems,
when combined with appropriate software,
is designed for critical telecom
infrastructure applications that need to
meet 5NINES (99.999%) availability.
CPX8000 systems have built-in redundancy
for active system components—including
system-slot CPU boards—enabling active
modules to be exchanged for repair or
upgrade while the system continues to
operate. Systems are available in "a
la carte" configurations or as
pre-configured starter kits.

CPX1200
Series: CompactPCI 3U Carrier-Grade System
|
|
|
The
CPX1200 series is the industry's first
CompactPCI® system to offer central
office standards compliance in a 3U
single-shelf format. This offering
provides greater flexibility to OEMs
building telephony systems with
distributed architectures, such as high
availability clustering.
The
telecom racking density that can be
achieved with the CPX1200 series also help
telecommunications companies offset the
growing cost of expensive floor space by
increasing the density of services that
can move through a central office, leading
to greater profit management. CPX1200
series provide: four or five slots with a
drive bay carrier that can support various
combinations of floppy, CD-ROM, EIDE and
SCSI hard drives and tape backup units.
H.110 backplanes are optional, as are
PowerPC® and Pentium® II CPU
cards. Other features include: redundant
cooling; high reliability 200W
auto-ranging AC or DC power supply; alarm
card with temperature, voltage regulation,
and fan rotation monitoring; and NEBS/ETSI
compliance.
